COVID-19 supply information you need to know.


Contacting us:
We have been experiencing very high call volumes. If you have questions, the best way to guarantee a response right now is to email us at sales@valuemed.ca. We will answer within 48 hours. The best way to set up an account or place an order is to use our website. Orders made by health care professionals will take priority.
The new COVID-19 section on our website is the best way to see current stock and pricing on PPE supplies. Order online, or fax us toll free at 1-844-454-6420.


Registering a new account online:
You can click our "login" button on the top right of our website. If you scroll down, it will show you the "create a new account" fields, where you can fill in your information, and submit your account registration. We will contact you once the registration process of your account is finalized.


Prices:
Prices are higher and products are in high demand. Factories and manufacturers have had to raise pricing due to many factors including a shortage of raw materials, labour issues, and rising freight costs. We're paying much more for the products we're buying, and our current prices reflect that.


Stock:
PPE and infection control products are in extreme demand, and we are working closely with manufacturers to secure these products. We can make no guarantees as to brand/colour/types and sizes available at any given time. To ensure a steady supply and keep it fair to all of our customers, there may be quantity limits on the product you are trying to order.

The KN95 masks we are supplying are approved for sale. Fit testing is the responsibility of the users, and in some cases may be difficult to achieve due to facial differences and ability or desire to wear the mask as tight as it will need to be to seal.


Return & cancellation policy: ALL PPE orders are non-cancellable and final sale. We have limits on some products and recommend you do not over purchase any quantities of the unlimited.


Back orders:
Freight schedules from our suppliers have been interrupted by varying work and travel restrictions. We will do our best, but are unable to guarantee delivery times on back ordered items.


Shipping times:
Our courier is still delivering as usual. We ask that you ensure someone is available at your office to accept delivery of your order. There will be a $50 non-delivery charge for deliveries that are returned to us by our courier, to cover our delivery & return fees. Also, please remember that we have your regular delivery addresses in our data bases. Each time you change that address opens up an opportunity for error with your current shipments or subsequent shipments. If at all possible, keeping your delivery location consistent will yield better outcomes.


Shipping Costs:
Most orders will be prepaid with no shipping costs to you if orders are over $250.00. Some restrictions will apply. If an order is under $250.00, a $20.00 freight charge is added to your order. If the order is under $50.00 an additional $15.00 is added to your order.
