At Valuemed, we are committed to Delivering Better Value with high-quality products and exceptional service. We will match the advertised price of an identical item from a qualifying competitor, subject to the terms below.
1. What Qualifies for a Price Match
To be eligible, the item must meet all the following criteria:
- Identical Product: Must be the exact same brand, product number and any medical device, must be Health Canada licensed to be sold in Canada.
- In-Stock: The item must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery from the competitor’s location or website. (Exceptions are non stock equipment)
- Proof of Price: Customers must provide a valid, current advertisement (digital or print), quote, invoice or a live website link showing the lower price.
2. Qualifying Competitors
We match prices from:
- Competitor who is a Canadian company selling in Canadian dollars
3. Common Exclusions
To ensure sustainable business operations, we do not match the following:
- Below-Cost Pricing: We reserve the right to decline matches that fall below our acquisition cost, including clearance, closeouts, and liquidation sales.
- Limited-Time Events: Door-crashers or special event pricing (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc).
- Bundled Offers: "Buy-one-get-one" (BOGO) deals or items bundled with free gifts/services.
- Errors: Typographical or printing errors in a competitor's advertisement or quote.
- Availability: Subject to product availability.
- Other: Valuemed must be an authorized dealer of the product in question.
4. Post-Purchase Price Adjustments
If you have already purchased an item and it goes on sale with us or our competitor within 7 business days, let us know and we will refund the difference.
