• All product descriptions and performance claims have been supplied by the manufacturer and are as accurate as possible (errors and omissions excepted). Valuemed is not responsible for manufacturers errors or omissions.
• Our website does not list all products available through Valuemed, but rather a comprehensive selection of popular products. Please contact your sales rep, or sales@valuemed.ca as to the availability of other products not listed online. Website information is as accurate as possible, we are not responsible for errors.
• We have been very diligent to match product numbers with photos. However, some items may not be exactly as shown. Photos shown may include additional accessories or optional parts.
• Although we do our best to make our advertising error free, sometimes there are mistakes. Pricing is subject to change online and in our advertising. Valuemed is not responsible for errors and omissions in any advertising we create.
• Price match guarantee. - Valuemed will match any competitors advertised price.
o Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, Boxing Day prices, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, and financing offers. Terms of Sale/Payment
Products sold by Valuemed remain the property of Valuemed until the invoice for the product is paid in full.
We may require, at our discretion, full or partial payment in advance of an order being shipped.
Effective March 16, 2020 – New customers will be set up as credit card each order or credit card monthly, exceptions will apply to Governmental agencies and other businesses at our discretion. Terms may be established by a completed credit application and approved to Net 30 Day Terms.
Net Thirty - Invoice is due 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise stated. Overdue accounts are subject to finance charges of 2% per month on invoices over 30 days old. Accounts with repetitive 60 day plus invoices not paid will lose Net 30 day privileges at discretion of management.
Credit Card Each Order - Customer provided credit card is charged for each invoice/shipment. If the credit card declines or is not available at the time of shipment the order may be held until the credit card can be charged or a new one is provided. It is the customers responsibility to notify Valuemed of any changes in expiry or card preference.
Credit Card Monthly - Customer provided credit card is charged monthly for the total of that month’s invoices. It is the customers responsibility to notify Valuemed of any changes in expiry or card preference. It is also the customers responsibility to ensure there is adequate credit available on the card they have requested charges to be levied against.

Product/Equipment Functional Complaints or Issues
Warranty Policy
Warranties vary by product and manufacturer. Please note warranty information included in product description where applicable. Valuemed may assist in the coordination of warranty repairs with the manufacturer and in specific cases may repair or replace merchandise as required on behalf of the manufacturer. Please call for direction prior to shipping items for warranty or repair. There will be a requirement to fill out the forms describing the equipment malfunction or deficiency at that time.
Defective Products/Equipment Policy
Defective goods within warranty period may be credited, sent for repair, or replaced at no charge to the customer. Valuemed Professional Products Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any failure on the part of the manufacturer to supply said merchandise free from any and all defects, and/or possible changes in manufacturing specifications which are beyond our control. The defective or damaged product, or samples of, may be authorized for return provided the customer has obtained prior authorization from Valuemed. Please do not discard your product until further notice. As per Health Canada regulations the customer will be required to fill out a product or equipment complaint form for the defective goods before any action is determined. In some circumstances where dictated by manufacturer, Valuemed will not be responsible for the repair or return of the products/equipment by that specific manufacturer. In those instances, Valuemed will make every effort to assist the client with direction and method to achieve maximum satisfaction with the product and transaction.
Damaged or Short Shipment Policy
In an effort to minimize any delay in resolving a damage or shortage claim, customer is required to count all pieces prior to customer’s acceptance of delivery from the carrier. All damages or shortages must be noted on the carrier’s waybill and be signed by the customer.
1. All claims must be made to Valuemed within two (2) business days of receipt of product, or Valuemed shall have no obligation to process credit or arrange for product replacement. Contact Valuemed Customer Service at 1-800-919-8444 or a Valuemed sales representative to report damages or shortages.
2. In the event of carrier damage if Valuemed is responsible for the carrier charges, upon completion of an inspection Valuemed will regain possession of product and handle all claims against the carrier. A replacement order will be sent.
3. In the event of a carrier short-shipment, upon completion of a trace, Valuemed will handle all claims against the carrier if Valuemed is responsible for the carrier charges. A replacement order will be sent.
4. If a short shipment or damage is not carrier related, all inquiries should be directed to our Customer Service Department for an immediate and satisfactory resolution.

Return Goods Policy
All returns must be authorized by our office. If you need to return a product you may request on line with your account number where you placed your order or call customer service at 1-800-919-844, or email sales@valuemed.ca to obtain an RGA#. Unauthorized returns may be returned to customer at customers expense, destroyed by Valuemed at Valuemed’s discretion, or subject to additional charges without credit being issued to the customer. Product for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase (See Return Procedure #5). This policy applies to all customers unless superseded by a separate written agreement. Issuance of an RGA number does not guarantee credit. Credit issuance is dependent on confirmed receipt/review of returned products and is subject to the other terms of this policy.
Return Procedure:
1. After obtaining an RGA the return must include the following information:
• Customers Name, Address, and Account Number
• RGA Number
• Original Invoice Number
2.Credits for returned goods are issued only after goods are returned in original packaging, unused and in good resaleable condition. Returned goods that are not in resalable condition will not qualify for a refund.
3. Only returns resulting from a Valuemed error will have outbound and inbound freight charges credited. Returns resulting from customer error will not be eligible for credit on freight charges, this includes inbound and outbound freight charges.
4.Valuemed stock items returned after 14 business days will have a 25% re-stocking charge or the manufacturers restocking charge where applicable. Non-stock items where applicable will be subject to restocking charges. See item 6 below.
5.Return authorizations and/or credit will not be issued in the following instances:
• Products returned after 30 days from purchase.
• Expired and or shorted dated products and clearance items.
• Products considered hazardous materials.
• Special or custom products made to customer specifications or sold as non-returnable.
• Products returned in altered or damaged packaging, or in packaging other than original packaging.
• Refrigerated items.
• Packs broken, breached or damaged.
• Items in unsaleable units of measure where product cannot be resold.
• Non-inventoried items, except as follows:

6. If the customer requests to return non-stock items, Valuemed will assist in any way possible to have the manufacturer accept the return. The customer will still be responsible for all costs incurred in the return, such as freight, restocking charges, etc. If the manufacturer refuses the return, Valuemed will be unable to issue a credit.
When return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer, shipping can be arranged through Valuemed to take advantage of our reduced courier rates. Returns arranged in such a manner will have the freight charges deducted from the credit note.
7. Returns due to recalls are addressed on a case by case basis and are dictated by the vendor/manufacturers instructions.
