Directions for Use & Dosage

1. Dosage: Use 15 mL of undiluted Peridex oral rinse twice daily (morning and evening after brushing).
2. Technique: Swish vigorously in the mouth for 30 seconds, then expectorate (spit out). Do not swallow.
3. Post-Rinse Guidelines: To maximize effectiveness and minimize the medicinal taste, avoid rinsing with water, eating, drinking, or brushing teeth for approximately 30 minutes after use.
