The Hu-Friedy S204S Sickle Scaler is a premium double-ended hand scaling instrument designed for the efficient removal of supragingival calculus from posterior teeth. Sickle Scalers have two cutting edges that meet at a pointed tip with a back surface that is pointed, giving a triangular cross-section. The blade and cutting edges may be straight or curved.
